Terms of Service

Vorqis helps interior designers and homeowners turn floor plans, captured 3D views, notes, and references into AI-assisted room renders, styled floor plans, galleries, and client presentation exports.

You are responsible for the information you upload, the projects you create, and the way you use generated outputs with clients, contractors, suppliers, or homeowners.

Keep your login details secure and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may limit, suspend, or remove access if an account is used to abuse the service, bypass credit limits, interfere with other users, or upload unlawful or harmful material.

You keep ownership of floor plans, screenshots, reference images, annotations, renders, and other project content you upload or create in Vorqis.

You grant Vorqis the limited permission needed to store, process, display, export, and share that content so the service can work for you.

If you create a share link, anyone with that link may be able to view the approved client-facing gallery items for that project.

AI-generated outputs are design aids, not guaranteed construction drawings, engineering plans, regulatory submissions, or final professional advice.

Generated renders and styled floor plans may contain visual mistakes, layout drift, incorrect labels, material inaccuracies, or missing details. You must review and approve outputs before sharing them or relying on them.

Vorqis is not a substitute for professional interior design, architecture, engineering, contractor, HDB, condo management, or regulatory review. Verify all dimensions, walls, windows, doors, furniture, services, and feasibility with qualified people before construction or procurement.

Do not use Vorqis to create illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent, self-harm, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.

Do not upload content you do not have permission to use. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass the service, credit system, security controls, or access controls.

Vorqis uses credits for AI actions. Credit costs, plan limits, and included allowances may change as the product evolves.

Paid checkout may be unavailable while business, bank, or payment-provider setup is being completed. When checkout is enabled, paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's payment flow.

Unless stated otherwise, unused monthly credits do not roll over. If a paid plan is cancelled, downgraded, unpaid, or past due, access to paid features may be limited.

Vorqis is an actively developed pre-launch product. We may add, remove, rename, or change features, models, limits, credit costs, or workflows.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or infrastructure incidents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magaisu provides Vorqis on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, client-ready, compliant, or suitable for any particular project.

Magaisu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost data, renovation mistakes, procurement decisions, or construction costs arising from use of the service.
